I purchased the item in November as a Christmas present knowing it said it could take up to 28 days to deliver. The item arrived in February. The only updates I received was after I sent several email requests asking for information. All I received back was your standard message saying it could take 28 business days even after the 28 days past. Very poor customer service......Never again will I buy your products.
