Our Commitment to Accessibility
Pins and Aces is committed to making our website's content accessible and user friendly to everyone. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What we are doing
- An independent accessibility audit of this site was completed in August 2026 against WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Issues identified in our own site code have been fixed, including color contrast, keyboard-safe filtering, link and image labeling, and reduced-motion support.
- We re-review the site on an ongoing basis so new content and features stay accessible.
Known limitations
Some features on this site are provided by third-party vendors, and parts of their interfaces do not yet meet our accessibility standards. We have reported the following to the vendors and are tracking their fixes:
- Star-rating filters in the product review widget are smaller than the recommended touch target size.
- The account login link used by our rewards program can behave inconsistently with assistive technology.

Additionally, while we do not control such vendors, we strongly encourage vendors of third-party digital content to provide content that is accessible and user friendly.
